    Hi there,

In WP page builder, I want to delete some empty spaces for the mobile version of my site only. When trying to do so, I noticed that my WP page builder isn't activated, yet. Should I have the login data for this? I can't find it anywhere in my files. Theoretically, is there another way to make changes to mobile only?

Another issue I have is that the page isn't displayed correctly on Safari (problem to display the rows correctly, eg. here: https://www.nineblaess.de/services/) - is there anything I can change about it?

    Thanks very much,

    Nine

    Hi Nine,

As I could see WPBakery Page Builder plugin is installed and activated in your site, which empty spaces do you want to remove in mobile version, can you please include any screenshot of it.

Also here is a screenshot of the Services, it looks normal to me:

Hi Art, thanks for your quick response!

Yes, I have been using page builder. My thought was that I didn't activate the whole version of it, since I can't access any responsive options (or at least I don't find them). And it still allows me to activate it (see screenshot).

I have also attached a screenshot that shows which empty spaces I want to remove. There are several of those across the page, so best would be if I could do it myself.

Your screenshot looks good, just like I intended it. I've attached one from my safari (it moves the bottom rows to the left). All other browsers seem to work. I'm a bit confused, now, maybe there is an issue with my version, I will check that.

    Thanks,

    Nine

    Hi again,

With Kalium  you will get a free copy of WPBakery Page Builder, this copy does not include support for the plugin, auto-plugin updates and Templates Library. Plugin updates will be included on every new theme update which are frequent. This is valid for all the WordPress themes that offer premium plugins bundled in the theme.

Regarding the spaces on mobile version, unfortunately the page builder is not very responsive friendly and that is too bad so we are working on moving to Elementor in Kalium 3, I have recorded a video from your site while I was removing the empty spaces only on mobile view:

    Hi Art,

awesome, thanks for the video! This helps a lot.

WPBakery Page Builder makes sense, too. I saw that Elementor integrates responsive much better, good move!

Keep up your great work, I'm really happy with the theme!

    Thanks,

    Nine
