    Hello

    Is it possible to set Footer over the content (Absolute) similar to Header option. I wish for the Footer to always be showing on window if possible. Thank you.

    Thank you very much – this article was very clear!

    So I cannot make my Footer sticky (similar to Header) and have it always visible over my content.

    Nope, to do that you must modify your theme.
