    Dear Kalium support theme.

    I have some questions about the theme that i'm testing.

    1. Could we make a portfolio masonry like this: https://redarchitecture.co.nz/
    2. In some way all content on claar.be/newwip is duplicated, all items appear again, when scrolling down, any idea why this happens?
    3. I have inserted two .mp4 videos, autoplaying & muted, but on my mobile device It doesn't start, is there a fix for this?

    Hi Vincent,

    1— That exact layout is not possible in Kalium but you can do something like that using the WPBakery Page Builder i think or if you use any element of those plugins:

    2— Solved (see video).

    3— Can you please write URL of this exact page please? We need to investigate your site and then get back to you if we have possible solution.

    Hi Ylli,

    Thank you very much, I'll look into the addons. 
    Edit: Could we also use a white featured image as placeholder portfolio items with the same ratio, that show up as white images that are not clickable? to get the same effect? how could we disable the hover and click of a portfolio item, then I could try it.

    For question 3, the  first items on claar.be/newwip are videos (see attachment)

    — You can find the Placeholder options in this area Wordpress dashboard > Laborator > Theme Options > Other Settings > Image Loading Placeholder.

    3— The same is happening to me too. It seems that mobile devices can't autoplay videos but kindly open a new ticket about this question so I will make sure to assign that ticket to a more experienced team member so they can check this again for you.

    P.S:You are using an old version of our theme 2.7.6, the latest version for the moment is 2.8 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

    After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Will set this ticket as solved from here.
