Please make sure that this is not happening because of any theme modification or from a third-party plugin that you may have installed.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Can i change the size of my images on mobile? When you look at the mobile version, the portrait type images are only showing half the image.
