1— Please read this article How to speed up my site, there we wrote the reasons why your site can be slow and how you can solve this.
Please also consider writing your hosting provider about this problem.
2— It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product again.
P.S: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.
