    Hi, after updating the theme and plugins editing product images and some metadata no longer works. This is a really big problem for us. Advanced Custom Fields pro is showing an update available in Wordpress but no license key and no update available through the Kalium Theme updater to 5.7.12 Advanced Custom Fields Pro. 

    Kalium Theme version is 2.7.6

    Hi there,

    We have detected that version 5.7.12 of this plugin brings some small problems in our theme so soon we will release a new theme update that will support Advanced Custom Fields PRO 5.7.12 and also will allow you to update the plugin to the latest version, here is the Kalium changelog.

    Can you let me know what the problem with Parameters and Options is as I checked it live in your site but it does not seem to have any problem, make sure you do a hard refresh and clear the cache if any issue occurs.

    Hi Art, 

    Go to WooCommerce > Products> select a product and edit it. Try and add a photo. Can't. Try and edit description with rich text, not possible to select. Try and edit product data that isn't General and you can't select it. I have deleted the Super Cache cache. I've cleared our Akamai CDN as we always do. I've tried this across 4 different computers with 10 different browsers and 2 different user accounts. It's very reproducible.

    Hi Art, is it customary for Laborator to just randomly turn off plugins and not turn them on again and also playing with the settings without communicating with the customer first? We do run an online business and some consultation before completely messing with the website would have been appreciated. I'm currently fixing up all the settings that have been reset after what looks like a good play with our website.

    Hi there,

    I talked with the team and this seems to be a problem of the theme and ACF which will be fixed in the next update, regarding the plugins which I have turned off to check whether the problem is coming from any of the plugins, I have disabled all of them at once and after I checked that there is no problem with them I turned them back to active, maybe not all of them have switched back on, I have not checked again if all of them are active again I am sorry about that, tried to save you time as we usually advise our clients to do this process on their own.
