What do you want to edit in the sticky menu, to edit the theme options go to Laborator > Theme Options and there you can find everything you need to edit.
I want the sticky menu like this site here ahdlondon.co..Also how do I have a new page I create have the header and footer as when I create a new page with the theme the header and footer goes missing and the wp page builder edit option is not there
I am sorry but that feature is not possible in the theme, the sticky menu will be always visible and not only when you hover it.

is there like a product zoom available on the product pictures with a zoom icon and also how can you edit the sticky menu

But the image does not zoom it comes up in a pop up box
can't I have it like this
for the sticky menu it works but what I want is the navigation links to not show up only when you hover over the sticky menu

That's not possible as the theme does not have a zoom like that, this is the default WooCommerce zoom function.
Can you please send us your site URL first, so we can investigate your site and then get back to you with possible solution.
P.S. make sure you've disabled the Maintenance/Coming Soon mode
