Maintenance Mode Stuck

    Hello,

I've just downloaded this theme yesterday and customized it. When I first started, I enabled Maintenance Mode until I was ready to go live. I have disabled it, but it is still active when I use a different browser or my phone. Even the override link was not getting past the screen.

Would you happen to know how to fix this?

I've attached a screenshot of the page as well.

    Thanks!

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

The login credentials are not working, are you sure this is your username bychrisdavis.com, I also tried the username admin with the provided password but without luck.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Yes it is bychrisdavis.com

I just gave the same credentials to another one of your support members and he was able to get in and install a plugin for me.

    I understand now.

Like I said before, I am not being hosted through Wordpress.com.

I am using Bluehost, and that is where my Wordpress is installed and I use it in their environment.

Can you log into my Bluehost to do it? I'm assuming that's what the other support member did to get in.

Just logged into your site, the maintenance mode is off and also checked your site using icognito mode in Chrome and the site was not in maintenance mode, please make sure you clear the cache of your site and also clear your browser cache so you will see the changes you make on your site.
