If you see "Outdated WooCommerce template files" message in your Wordpress site please read this article ➝
I experience a strange behaviour from WP Bakery Page Builder, for all users except Admin.
For those users, the backend page builder doesn't load and displays incorrectly in Wordpress. The only way to have it to work is to log in as Admin, which is creating issues for my clients.
Note: I have Gutenberg disabled, and Classic Editor plugin activated.
This issue was discussed here: https://laborator.ticksy.com//ticket/1762787
And I believe Arlind got in touch with WP Bakery here: https://codecanyon.net/comments/20736049
Would it be something we can push to fix, as it seems to be in the works for over 3 months. Thank you for your help and guidance.

Please check those options of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin first (see video).
My team mate (Arlind) can help you with this question, but he is not in the office until 18 February. When Arlind comes back, just reply to this thread and you will make sure he will see your comment.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thank you for the video, yes I was aware of the role settings and played around with them before sending the request. Turns out, the latest WP Bakery Update (ver.5.7) fixed the issue. I am now able to give access to the page builder to other users than Admin.
Anyone facing the same issue should try updating to the latest version.
Thank you for your help.
I’m happy to hear that
Just keep your theme always updated and read theme changelog.
Have a great day!
