    Hi, I'm using WooCommerce plugin and Mailchimp for Wordpress plugin in your Kalium theme that I bought. 

    Mail Settings in those two plugins are completed.

    But the problem is that after my customer signing up, the welcome mail is sent by WooCommerce template by Kalium theme not sent by Mailchimp template.

    So What should I do? or Is it conflict between WooCommerce plugin email setting and Mailchimp plugin settings?

    Hi,

    Sorry but this question is out of our support scope, I don't think that Kalium causes this, so please contact the Mailchimp or WooCommerce support for this. I'm sure that there is any setting that you need to turn on or off to make that possible.
