Also it seems that since my license for support has expired I cannot post - but the instructions for changing domain don't work and I am locked into one domain. I have nothing against updating support but being forced into it due to a problem which should not exist (one should be able to switch domains easily) is not really cool.
I cannot post a new ticket because my license has expired. Again, I have no problem with renewing my license but to be forced to do so due to a problem on your end is not really cool
Hi,
I have developed a website using a testserver and now need to transfer the license key to the 'real' domain.
How do I deactivate the license from one site and transfer it to another one so that I can continue receiving updates and support?
/ Johan
Hi Johan,
It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com.
But don't worry, I just deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product again
P.S: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.
Have a great day!
I have the same problem.
It seems I am not able to switch my domain name from Skyledger.io to Blockchain-partners.com for 5ec50979-59ad-40da-96ab-b9dc956f1186 - license When I click on http://api.laborator.co/?assigned-licenses=5ec50979-59ad-40da-96ab-b9dc956f1186 to get license assignments nothing happens. Please advise.

Will set this ticket as solved from here.
