1— You are using an old version of our theme 2.7.5.1, the latest version for the moment is 2.6 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
2— If the same problem is still active:
Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
3— If that hasn't solved the problem then please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

I just checked your problem with our team and one of our team members Arlind told the that he had this same problem once with another japan user.
Arlind replied that user with this comment:
Editing core wordpress files is not recommended because they will change after you update WordPress to a newer version. I'd like you to contact your host and ask them what is blocking admin-ajax.php to execute?
Our theme uses this action on AJAX to save theme options:
They can probably help you to discover the problem, there is nothing wrong in theme files because the theme options work properly on all WordPress sites as they are properly programmed in the "WordPress way" however in your case it is not working to save theme options
And the user replied:
The cause was "WAF" which is the setting of the server.
I disabled this. It worked on this alone.
Please contact your server administrator about this and they should know what is the problem and solve this problem for you too.
