    Hi,

    When I start a new page/portfolio/post, this message comes (at the top of page, see attachement) :

    Warning: preg_match_all(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 11 in /customers/6/b/1/graficazimut.be/httpd.www/annephoto/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/hook-vc-grid.php on line 163

    Could you help me ?

    Hi Anne,

    That error is coming from the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. I searched online for this too (results) and it seems that WPBakery Page Builder doesn't fully support PHP 7.3 for the moment.

    I insected your System Status page and I can see that you are using PHP 7.3, please downgrade PHP to version 7.2 in your server until the WPBakery Page Builder releases new updates that support PHP 7.3.

    Also please increase other parameters that you see in this screenshot:

    medium
    (view on a new page)

    For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.

    Hi Anne,

    I'm glad that error is gone now :)

    I think that WPBakery Page Builder plugin will release a new plugin update soon that will support PHP 7.3 too.
