Product carousel not loading properly on mobiles

It seems to be a problem with the initial loading of the product carousel in the browser of smartphones. Titles and thumbnails show up too small and do not change before some scrolling is done. See the attached screenshot.

    Hi Peter,

Have you tested this on other phones to see if the problem is only related to your phone as this issue is not occurring in my iPhone:

The two screenshots are from Safari and Chrome browser, I was not able to test it on any Android phone yet.

    Best regards,

I've tested this on two different Android phones (Huawei, Samsung) with the same result. I'll try to test it with iPhone too. The problem is only occurring before there's some scrolling involved. It will then show up as it should, but the problem when loading the page is consistent every time.

OK, the problem seems to not occur on iPhones. I just tested two different iPhones and a third Android, the Android phones always with the same initial carousel load issue.

    Hi Peter,

I will check it as soon as I get home where I have an Android phone as my other colleagues have iPhones too, we'll see what we can do about it.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

Did you get any closer to a solution on this problem? I have not had the time to test it with a clean demo-site and android, but the problem persists.

    Hi Peter,

Currently we don't have any fix for it, we have added it to the bug list to be fixed for the next theme update.

    Best regards,
