Hmm, maybe this is a bug in the Revolution Slider plugin.

I just cleared your cache in your cache plugin and I think that I disabled your Cache plugin temporarily. I didn't touch anything else.
As for the slider mute sound, is that what you wanted please? Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
I cleared the cache in the "WP Fastest Cache", and then I disabled this plugin for you so you can activate it when you finish building your site (more info).
1— Can you please send me the URL of that page where this error is appearing?
2— Your slider sound is muted for the moment as I can see from your screenshot:
Anyway, if the sound is muted even that you turn Off that option then you need to contact Revolution Slider support so they will tell you what is the problem.
This plugins is included for free in our theme but it doesn't mean that it doesn't contain any bug. Every product has bugs, that's why developers release updates in their products.
Please write in a new reply your problem that you have with the Revolution Slider plugin and I will write a ticket to Revolution Slider team for you. Please be very specific with your question so they can easily know what your problem/question is and give you a proper reply.
I have disabled only the caching plugin for you, caching plugin if disabled doesn't create any problem. It just catches you site so when you view your page again it will load it faster. But it's not recommended to activate it when you are working in your site because you can make any change in your site (for example change any text or add any new element) but the changes will not appear without clearing the plugin cache or refreshing your browser 2-3 times. You can enable the plugin if you want but it's not recommended until you finish building your site.

Hi ChiaraI,
I just visited your site and the sound from the slider video is muted for me. I tested this with the Chrome, Firefox and Safari browser.
Thanks!

Hi ChiaraI,
For the mute/unmute we can't do nothing because this is not a theme problem but a "problem" with the Revolution Slider plugin.
If you have any other problem then please free to describe it so we can help you.
Thanks for your understanding!
