I think something is wrong with my installation (which however was easy and with no errors): When I want to add a new portfolio item according to: https://documentation.laborator.co/kb/kalium/creating-a-portfolio-item/

I do not see all the parameters and options. See screenshot attached.  I neither see the options when I open an already created portfolio item.

    Hi David,

Can you please share your Wordpress credentials because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

P.S: Please, install the Classic Editor plugin and 5.0 will be indistinguishable from 4.9.8 for your posting and editing experience, and you’ll still get the other improvements and fixes that have gone into 5.0. Classic Editor is supported until 2022, and now allows you to switch between Classic and Gutenberg on a per-user or per-post level.

    Thanks!

    Hi David,

Sorry but your credentials are not working for me. It is saying ERROR: Invalid username.

    Thanks!

    Hi David,

Please install Classic Editor plugin as I wrote you in my first reply and then please go to WPBakery Page Builder >  General Settings area and do this (see video).

    Have a great day!

    Hi Ylli,

Ok did that. WPBakery seems now to work, but fir example when adding a new Portfolio element I still see no Parameters and Options:  "Under the Parameters and Options select any of our Portfolio Item Types as documented below."

    Anything else wrong?

    David
