I got a notification that there is a new version of the Kalium theme. However, if I follow the process to update Kalium from 2.7.5 to 2.7.5.1 it says that the update failed (see attachment)
That is happening because you have activated your license in a different domain wildestwestgame.com and now you are trying to update the theme in vthrive.org.
thanks a lot for your quick and helpful answer (as always:).
I do not remember to have changed something in the settings of the product registration (do I change something automatically there if I change something else somewhere else?), however, thanks also for correcting that.
Your answer brings me to another question: If I want to change the domain later for some reason (for example, because I don't want to share my original domain anymore as I do now, but want to buy my own), can I take the Kalium theme then with me to the new domain?
Anytime that you need to reset the license we can do that for you. If your support period expires then you can send us an email.
P.S: Please note that we don't reply to tickets through email but only through this support area, from the email we only reset licenses to any client that changes the domain.

Can you help me solve the issue?

Hi Vera,

License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
Anyway, I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product again.
P.S: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.
Have a great day!
