We have 2 items with the search results we need your help with.
1 - The customization where you can set he number of search results does not appear to work. No matter what you set it to, it always returns 10 results. See attached screen shots.
2 - We would like to have 20 results shown on the search results page. Currently, it only allows up to 12.
NOTE: This site is IP protected, if you need access, please lt me know you IP address and I will white list it.
You are using an old version of our theme 3.3.1, the latest version for the moment is 3.4.2 , please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update your theme is if you use Envato Market plugin (screenshot). When you connect Envato Market plugin you will see theme update prompt on the Updates tab of your Wordpress site.
After you update the theme don't forget to update WooCommerce plugin too and it's database.
When you are in the latest version, if the same problem happens again please tell us and then we will check this issue for you.
Everything has been updated per your request. Aurum Theme is version 3.4.2.1 WooCommerce is version 3.5.4 WordPress is version 5.0.3. Reverting to the base Aurum 3.4.2.1 theme (using it instead of our child theme) produces the same error. The pulldown in the Theme Options that allows you to set the number of search results is ignored (See screen shots). If it is set to "12", it shows 10. All settings show 10 results.
If this is not repeatable on your local system, please let me know. We installed a Search plugin called "Advanced Woo Search PRO". It may have caused the issue. If that is the case, don't spend your time on this.

Thanks for reporting this problem, I can replicate it our end too.
We just fixed that, so please download laborator_actions.php and replace it in this directory (of the theme): /aurum/inc
If you want to make the search results to show 20 results or 30 then go to this file:
/wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/lib/smof/functions/functions.options.php in line 921 and in you can replace 12 to 20 or 30.
P.S: Please check if you have modified this file in your child theme.
