I can see that you have installed demo-content two times (and maybe you installed another demo too) and your pages are created twice.
I wanted to install demo-content from the scratch for you but I can see on your System Status page that your PHP version is a bit old and and some of your limits are lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.
You can reset your Wordpress installation by using this plugin Wordpress Reset (By Matt Martz) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again.
Then, if you still have the same problems please write again and I can check the issue for you.
I know that, but since we are going to start a fresh Wordpress install I wanted to make sure to tell you the best practices before you start to create your site.
Sooner or later you need to have your site HTTPS, if you don't do that you will face multiple problems so why not do that now (more info).
We will apply SSL to the site once it has been migrated over to its permanent domain. As you can see from the sub-domain we are using, it is a test site.
You said "You can reset your Wordpress installation by using this plugin Wordpress Reset (By Matt Martz) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again." Which I did.
This still doesn't work. I have reinstalled Wordpress Completely and made sure the changes are still implemented. Where I can select a background image I can open the Media Library, however not to select an image for an image box (for example).
Thank you very much for your report, it seems that this was a bug in our theme and now we fixed this issue for you (see video).
If you don't see the change immediately, please hard-refresh your browser (CTRL/CMD+R) because it takes longer to load the changes, as they are saved in browser cache. Another option is to open new private/incognito window and try if it works.
If everything is working fine for you too then we will also include this fix in the next theme update.
After installing the theme files and all supporting plugin files twice this problem persists.
When clicking on "Select image from media library" nothing happens. I do not understand why this problem is happening.
This problem does not occur when using the backend block editor.
However it makes the visual builder completely useless. Please can we get a fix for this problem.
Hi Domenic,
— Why you needed to install plugins twice please?
— Can you please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
Thanks!

For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.

This has not worked.
I have updated PHP and made the requested changes.
I have used Wordpress reset.

I have work to do on this site which has a deadline. I need this issue resolved QUICKLY
Hi Domenic,
Please consider increasing those PHP limits too
(view on a new page)
Also ask your hosting provider to make your site SSL secure (HTTPS).
Then I can try to install demo-content for you and you just need to tell me which demo you want to install.
Thanks!
SSL should make no difference to the function of the editor.
I have made these changes and it has still not resolved the problem.

I have now completely reinstalled wordpress.

Hi Domenic,
I wrote that info for you since the beginning (read here) but it seems that you didn't read my reply.
What demo-content you want to install please?
You said "You can reset your Wordpress installation by using this plugin Wordpress Reset (By Matt Martz) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again." Which I did.
The Fashion demo is the one we require.
This still doesn't work. I have reinstalled Wordpress Completely and made sure the changes are still implemented. Where I can select a background image I can open the Media Library, however not to select an image for an image box (for example).
Hi Domenic,
Please don't touch anything because we are debugging this problem for you and it seems that the same problem is happening in our end too.
As soon as I have a fix for this I will reply to your ticket again.
Thank you very much for your understanding!

That seems to have fixed it now.
I'm very happy to hear that
Will set this ticket as solved from here.
