    Hello,

    I am having an issue with WooCommerce as i am not getting any email.

    From the customer side: no confirmation email, no email for creation of an account, confirmation for paiment --> nothing

    From the buyer side: no notification of a new sale --> nothing

    How can I solve this issue?

    Hi lamia,

    Can you try changing the theme for a moment a make a test, if you are getting the e-mail then we can further investigate it as it is more WooCommerce related than theme related.

    Hello,

    I tried changing the theme and creating an account and still not getting any confirmation email or forgot password email ( from a client point of view). What can be the issue? I mean if it is not a theme related issue who can i contact for that?

    And also i have code appearing in my checkout page when i click on "confidentiality link" ( please see attatched)

    Hi there,

    Please contact WooCommerce support or see if you server mail server is working properly as it seems that the e-mails are not being sent.

    Hello Art,

    as i mentioned earlier in my mail i have code appearing in the confidentiality option on my check out page.

    Please see attatched picture

    How can i remove the code?

    Also, in my check out page, the free delivery should not be an option. I mean it should be stated automatically if the cart is above 100 euros. ( whereas in the picture attatched, the client can choose between the two options) how can i modify this please?

    And the code in my earlier message.

    Hi there,

    These "problems" which you have mentioned have nothing to do with the theme, for shopping options and settings please see your WooCommerce configuration and you can set if you want to show the free delivery or not, and regarding the Terms of Service you will have to edit the page and not stylize it, I wanted to do it but your login credentials are not working anymore. Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi Lamia,

    That was probably because you may have disabled the WPBakery Page Builder plugin as now it is showing properly:

    That's because you have edited the page with WPBakery Page Builder, the page does need to be a clear page with no page builder editors.
