2. On the portfolio pages, I would like to add a few standard elements that can be filled in and displayed in the content of the portfolio page. Would this be possible? For example:
1) Title 2) Client 3) Year 4) Team 5) Subcontractor 6) Pictures

Is there also a possibility to have the same checklist on every portfolio item? Otherwise this will not be very convenient for my client, having to enter it everytime.
You have to add it every time since the checklist is a custom field for each item, if you want to use it on each item then use a Duplicator plugin and duplicate the first portfolio item where you have added these informations and then simply change the title and images for other items.

.main-header.menu-type-full-bg-menu .full-screen-menu nav ul li a:after { display: none; }2. You can add this using the Checklists as you can see from our demos:
