What about other PHP limits please, are they as the Wordpress and modern themes require?

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
After you increase that limit (if you can) and MySQL to version 5.6, then you can reset your Wordpress installation by using this plugin Wordpress Reset (By Matt Martz) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again.
I allready did a lot of work on the site - Im not interested in a WordPress reset (loosing all my work) - I just want you to put demo-content on one single page: https://www.pllaw.dk/news/

My hosting provider has set the limit to 50, and won't go any higher

My web-provider only limits PHP Time Limit to: 50 - Kalium needs at least: 90.

I can see on your System Status page that your MySQL version is very old and one of PHP limits is lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.

For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.
