    hi!

i just got the Kalium template and wanted to install the demo content.

demos are locked, says i need to activate the theme, but in the product registration says my "Product is activated and you can get latest updates!"

so i go back to the register process and in the end of the registration when i click PROCEED i got a page saying:

"The link you followed has expired." (attached image)

i tried doing the whole process in a incognito window and got the same.

please help me so i can finish setting up my site! thanks!

    Hi there,

It appears that your site is already activated in your site.

Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

Please ask someone who manages with your server to check the WP Remote Get to see if it is activated or not.

hello! this is the reply i got:

    Hello,
Thank you for contacting our Technical Support Department.
If you want to use such get function you are probably going to make outgoing connections.
In general the system blocks all connections to remote servers which your websites scripts attempt to perform as a security precaution, when the filter is enabled. ALL the IP address(es) of the server(s) which you are trying to connect to, from your website needs to be added to the allowed remote connections list via Outgoing Connections menu. You should check with your other provider which you attempt to connect your website with regarding their IP addresses.
To open an outgoing connection to a specific IP you need to add that IP and the IP's mask to the list of allowed IPs. To do that -click on the Add IP Address button and then type the IP address in the 'IP/mask:' field of the form. Optionally, you can add an informative description of the service that you're about to connect to through this IP

so.. i can access that panel and add your IP to see if this works.

    thanks

    Hi again,

You will have to create a Maps API and then add a billing address there, Google Maps has changed the way it shows in sites so make sure you create an account with a billing address there, if the site gets a lot of traffic then it will charge you otherwise for small businesses it won't charge you at all, it only requires the billing address and information.

    Best regards,
