Hi there,
I am sorry for this issue, I have managed to fix it. It was related to our theme and the input value you have provided in Theme Options:

which wasn't handled properly and thats why empty space was created.
So change the 2000px to any other smaller value and the problem should be resolved.

To change how the outgoing e-mails are sent install WP Simple Mail Sender plugin and you can manage how you want the e-mails to be formulated.
