I think that you can achieve something like that if you create your banner with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and then place that row first in every page. Or maybe there is a better solution if you use a third-party plugin that is created for this job.
Inserting on each page is a bit cumbersome. I need to appear on each page, including products, categories, etc. Can you imagine changing it one by one? very hard... So WPBakery does not make global templates? so that it can be modified in one place and replaced automatically in each inserted page? Any recommendation about the third-party plugin?
