You cannot edit the default blog page as that is not allowed by WordPress, what you can do is imitate the blog page by creating a blank page and adding the Blog Posts and Sidebar elements manually using the page builder, this way you will be able to set the title how you want.
Is there any way that I can customise title and subtitle of my post page? I would like it to be the same as in other pages.
