I have managed to update WooCommerce and the theme, but there seems to be a problem with the child theme, have you modified all the files which are in the child theme as some of them are outdated and that is the reason why you are facing problems:

As an example, you can switch to the original theme and you will see the problem does not occur there so the problem is coming from the modification of the files you have made in the child theme.

As I mentioned the problem is coming from the modifications which you have done in the Child Theme and not by the theme, if these are custom modifications which you have previously requested then you have to delete these files as there is no way to use them now.
