I can't edit Custom CSS because of this bug. While loading the page it always gets stuck at this point. Its not loading a save button so I can't delete this line.
I deleted the theme and installed the latest one again but didn't help. What can I do?
This issue was fixed in latest releases of Kalium v2.6 or newer, so when you install the latest version of Kalium only go to Custom CSS and click save changes if it isn't automatically fixed.
It started behaving like this while already being updated to 2.6.2 and I reinstalled it but didn't help.
And because as I already wrote you it's not loading a SAVE button on custom css page there is no way for me to save it. It gets stuck generating this and draining 100% of CPU and nothing happens. I let it run for like 15min but it was still the same.
I have never experienced this kind of issue, is it possible to give me your WP credentials and I'll check it why is not working. To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
I am glad that it worked for you! Thanks for reporting and we are going to improve our theme more and more regarding on users input. Feel free to open a new ticket when you have other questions.

I have managed to fix this issue manually so the Custom CSS page is now properly loaded:
