    Hi Support,

I notice the main site page "first loads" all the page content, then follows by rendering Revolution Slider's js and images.  This caused users see whitespace at the top banner slider area for few seconds before entire banner slider to show up.

This doesn't give good UX especially when slow slider loading especially when the user is browsing the site for the very 1st time, i.e. not cached.

It is possible to render the slider images first or have some sort of placeholder for images to overcome the whitespace/slow loading issues?  Kindly advise & thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Can you please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site, test this and tell you if I can help you or not.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Please read this useful article Performance & SEO Optimization that is created by the plugin author.

P.S: You are using an old version of our theme 2.5.3, the latest version for the moment is 2.6.2 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Thanks!

    Hi nsb_supp,

Maybe an option to do that is somewhere in Slider Revolution > Global Settings area but I'm not sure how to help you in this specific question.

For more info you can write plugin author directly.

    Have a great day!

Hi nsb_supp, have you found an answer to your problem? I think I have the same situation. https://new-site.vibbio.com/

    Hi Vibbio,

I tried the following to speed up page loading time for my site:

    1. Optimize all images of the page

    2. Uses cache plugins, WP Super Cache
    3. Uses minify plugins, Autoptimize
    4. Configure Revolution Slider
       - Initialization delay, 0ms
       - Disabled progressive bar and pre-loader spinner and other unnecessary animations
       - Enabled lazy loading
       - Turned off debug mode

Also found a plugin to reorder the plugin loading, Plugin Organizer by Jeff Sterup.  Yet to test out this plugin to re-organise to move Revolution Slider up-front. I reckon this can speed up the loading/first byte time a bit.

**Backup before you test out these.. ;-)  Please share if you found better solutions. Tq
