You are using Blog Post element of WPBakery Page Builder plugin. That element has the ability to add a button to send users to the blog page but doesn't offer pagination.
If you create a blog page and then select that page to be your blog page then it will show all the items (Example: https://d.pr/v/Hh20Xt).
