Thank you for your respond Ylli. I am Windows user, so I cant use ColorSnapper app. But I can use PrintScreen and Photoshop. This problem exists not only for me https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18972313/css-rgba-transparency-bug-in-chrome. I was afraid that my white pictures would have borders, but the wite picture in Chrome also have 254 254 254 color. So I think we can consider this problem solved.

Firefox (same like Edge and Explorer and others) have a right background view 255 255 255. But Chrome have 254 254 254.
