Hello,As an addition to my previous ticket,

The problem was solved and i have installed some updates.

Now i got a fatal error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 113920 bytes) in /www/wp-content/themes/kalium/inc/acfpro-fields.php on line 1984

Do i need to contact my hosting provider for thisone?

    Hi Albert,

That is happening because of your low server limits.

I can see on your System Status page that some of your PHP version and PHP limits are lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.

    (view on a new page)

For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.

    Have a great day!

    Dear Ylli,

Thanks for your information. Probably we have to switch from hosting company, because the one we have right now isn't fully capable for these requirements and won't be in the future. (For now it's temporarely set to 128 mb memory limit, and our website is working mostly)

I do have an other problem right now; i can't open a portfolio project. (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)

    For example: http://denkkamer.com/overkapping-upcycling-installatie_

Do you know what's causing this problem?

I'm not sure which third party plugins i can delete and which ones i have to update, because we're not using all of them.

    Yours sincerely

    Albert

    Hi Albert,

That is not a theme problem, please contact your hosting provider about that issue and they should check it for you and solve it.

    Have a great day!

P.S: Please update your third-party plugins (see video) because they are very old and may not support the latest version of the Wordpress that you are using. Thanks!

    Hello Ylli,

I asked our hosting provider, and they are sure it must be something in the source of our website. They cannot solve it for us. This problem happened since the updates from our Kalium theme.

Do you know where i can find the solution?

    P.S. I've updates our 3th party plugins.

    Thanks,

    Yours sincerely

    Albert

    Hi Albert,

We don't think that this is a theme problem, we also have 24.000 users but they never reported any problem like this.

Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

    Thanks!
