Please go to Appearance > Install Plugins area, there you can update WPBakery Page Builder plugin and and also install Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin.
Then you can go to plugins area and delete free version of Advanced Custom Fields, Flexible Content Field, Gallery Field and Repeater Field plugins and keep activated only the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin.

I have the same problem. And after read about it I have realised that my Kalium theme version is 1.9.3, and I can´t update it or I don´t know how to do it. Could You help me with this?
Since you are using a 1.x Kalium version you can update your theme with the Envato Market plugin without a problem and I also updated and installed required theme plugins.
After you update Kalium to version 2.6.1 then you can delete Envato Market plugin because from version 2.0 of Kalium you don't need that plugin to update theme.
Now please just go to Laborator > Product Registration and activate your product. Then you will be able to update your theme very easily from your Wordpress updates.
Now, since you haven't updated your theme since September 2016, we have released 29 new updates since then (see changelog).

Where the images should start we got the warning:

I've got this since the update of the Theme.

P.S: I can see that you haven't updated a lot third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme), so I suggest you to update them all.
