I dont really need a multilanguage plugin since my website will only be in spanish , but I don need to change these english words to spanish..What is the best way of doing this?

or also in the Single Post page on the comments sections there are some words in english like "share your thoughts" "Comment" (Button) etc.. As you can see here http://pinsapopublicidad.es/2018/09/19/bienvenidos-a-pinsapo/
