    Hello!

I love your theme and just had a couple questions as I was finishing putting together a dedicated blog using Kalium.

    1. I built the blog in the masonry style and want all of the images to line up. For some reason though on of the vertical rows always shows up just a pixel or two higher or lower and I can't figure out what is causing it. (see image below if it isn't showing up the same for you)

    2. On the single blog post page, some of the full width header images (don't have it switched on at the moment) show up pixelated (not only on large screens, also on screens that are smaller than uploaded the image is). Is there a way to have those header images be a high res photo (at least 2048px) so that they show up clearly on laptops & at least some desktops.

    3. Not urgent, but I can't register this site on Envato. I used this theme for a separate site within the same domain (the first was a dedicated mobile site m. and now a /blog)

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Can you please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Hi,

1 & 2— You are using an old very version of our theme 2.3.3, the latest version for the moment is 2.6.1 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

3— I can see that your license was activated in another domain "http://testmobile.beetleandfig.com" and now you tried to activate your site in another domain http://theshalomimaginative.com.

License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation. I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product again.

P.S: If you still see the old domain on your Product Activation page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

    Have a great day!

Hello! I switched the registration and updated the theme & plugins.

No change to either issue. Any ideas?

Both the weird spacing on the main page and pixelated featured images are still present. (especially look at the featured image for post 1 & 2, the next two are clearer, but the image files are the same size.)

I attached screenshots in case it shows up differently for you.

    Thanks!

    Hi ,

Glad to hear that you updated the theme, please keep your theme always updated.

1— Problem solved by choosing "Use proportional thumbnail height" option (see video).

    (view on a new page)

2— Problem solved by choosing Original images (see video), you can also choose your prevered image height and then regenerate thumbnails.

    Have a great week!

    Thanks so much!

One follow up question - is there an easy way to still crop the featured images like it was without having it become pixelated?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

As I wrote in my last reply, if you don't want to use original images then you can also choose your preferred image height and then regenerate thumbnails.

    Thanks!
