    Hi, 

    I have in my domain, 2.4 version, but theme no acepted update. I canceled activation and now in themeforest view this phrase "this purchase code has been used in another domain!Please select another license or purchase new one to activate this website.".  
    Why? How to solve this problem?

    Error is:


    This domain is not permitted to download the update! wordpress theme.

    Hi there,

    Can you please go to Laborator > Product Registration and activate your license again on the current domain, this happened because the theme was activated on the localhost.

    P.S: If you still see the old domain on your Product Activation page please just press X, then try to activate your theme again, it should work.
