I´ve been including widgets and some links in the footer, and now it appears double sized in height. I would like it to appear like before, is it possible?
That area is for footer widgets, since you don't use any widget in the footer then you can turn off this feature in the Theme Options > Footer > Footer Widgets.
P.S: You are using an old version of our theme 2.5.2, the latest version for the moment is 2.6 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
I just saw that you rated our theme with 4 stars, not that this is bad rating but I just wanted to ask you if you faced another problem that we didn't solve or you didn't like the support that we give?

the problem is that if i disable de Footer Widgets the cookies notice dissapears from my page.

The problem is that now the "cookies and consent banner (jetpack)" doesn t appear if i deactivate the Footer widgets option...
I would want it to appear without changing the height of the footer.

Please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:
.footer-widgets.footer-collapsed-mobile { display: none; }and that will hide the footer widgets with CSS.
