To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
Can you please check if your are using the latest theme update Kalium 2.6.1 is the latest update available (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
Then this problem should be solved for you.
If you are using an older Kalium version then please go to Wordpress > Updates section and Check Again button 1-2 times and the theme update should show.
Please remember to keep your theme always updated and also read theme changelogs, because we write useful informations there.

I work now on local machine. But I tell you from all portfolio item types works only "Fullscreen"
