    pictures for gallery and projects won't show up, all disappeared. Also, my license registration is validated however, every time i try to update the theme it won't update and says "This domain is not permitted to download the update". Please advise!!

    Hi there,

    This happened because "Advanced Custom Fields" plugin that we include in our theme has released an update to it's plugin by updating the plugin from version 4.4.12 straight to 5.7.6.

    Please follow those steps:

    • Go to your Wordpress site > Plugins section, find "Advanced Custom Fields" version 5.7.6, deactivate and delete it.
    • Now download "Advanced Custom Fields" version 4.4.12 by clicking in this link. 
    • Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and there upload the plugin version that you downloaded.

    This should solve that issue.


    P.S: We are already working in a new update that will support the latest version of ACF plugin, so please be patient and don't update the plugin again until we release a new theme update very soon.

    Iave the same issue and i have follow your instructions, and the pictures from de woocommerce image gallery products dont appear.

    What can i do?

    Please just update your theme to version 2.6 and this problem will be resolved

    Hi Ylli.

    Sorry, but i cannot update to 2.6, i dont know why. When y press the button it says that my domain is not permit it. What can i do? Im thinking and i dont remember anytime that i send you anything about my domains, and maybe it is becasue of this.

    If I buy a new kallium theme, can i change de registration code from this domain wihtout losing all the configuration of the websaite?

    Hi Javi,

    Your license was registered in this domain (http://masterworkswebdesign.com). License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.

    I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product again.

    If you still see the old domain on your Product Activation page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

    P.S: If you need help again in the future please create a new ticket because it is not allowed to reply to other users ticket.
