I have several Lightbox portfolio items which contain only one photo and are linked as in the Remi demo. Now the problem is that the titles show up, but the subtitles won't show up.
Can you tell me how I add subtitles to linked Lightbox portfolios with only one photo?
Sorry, I did possibly wrong express myself. As shown in your video it also works for me to display subtitles – but only as long as one Lightbox portfolio contains several images.
The thing I wanna do is to list single photos as Portfolio Lightbox items. So each portfolio site only contains one image instead of several as it is in your video. Then I want to have the Lightbox navigation linked so that one can go through the photos without leaving the portfolio items page, as it is shown in the Remi demo.
If I do as I wrote now, only the titles will be shown and not the subtitles. Is there a way to display the subtitles?

If you want to add description to images simply add it to image Caption as shown in the video below:

I have analyzed the issue and found out that when you use this type of Lightbox:
(view large version)
The caption is shown what you write on text in main editor:
(view large version)
And the result is:
