Hi, I'm just trying to install this theme on my localhost with no luck. New Wordpress install. I keep getting the error attached. I've looked at the support article about increasing the php limit which I did or at least I tried to. Still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hi Katharina,
If you’re seeing this confusing WordPress error when trying to upload the theme, it means the process breaks at some point and that’s most probably due to a few server settings limiting resources for your site. For example, the maximum upload size could be set to 4MB and the theme’s package is larger than that. This isn’t a bug but a matter of server settings.
For more info please read this article Errors: “Are you sure you want to do this” or “Link Expired”.
Thanks!
Hi Katharina,
I'm not a support member, just a client like you.
This is a common problem, you can solve it by extracting your theme and putting the folder in Wordpress' themes folder manually (/wp-content/themes). There's a sort of error while using theme tab via Wordpress while working in localhost
