    hi,

    thank you for your great support.

    i have uploaded 2 new products and make one featured product but it's not add automatically in new product section and featured product section. please check the attachment for better understanding.

    please help me to solve this problem.

    i have done this previously and now, what you are showing in this video. but still this is not working for me. please check.

    and another thing is that, is there any problem with wp fastest cache plugin? several times it was deactivated by your side. if any problem with this plugin, i will never use it again.

    Hi Sinth,

    A lot of problems that users have while developing their site comes from the caching plugins and that's why support members sometimes disable those plugins when they debug the problem that user have.

    As for your question, problem was solved by choosing Descending in the sort order area (see video).
