How to add more fields in the registration form for WooCommerce. It only shows the email field.

I think that the options for that area are here: WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy.

WooCommerce doesn't offer options to add more fields there.
For more info please contact WooCommerce support and they will tell if there is any plugin that can extend this functionality.

How come you have a password field at the log in and don't have the create password option in the register?

That is happening because you have enabled "When creating an account, automatically generate an account password" option:

P.S: For the next time please be specific with your question, because you asked how to add extra fields there and you didn't wrote that you need to have password area and it is missing in your end.
