WP Visual Bakery not working

I can see in the backend editor that I'm adding content, but when I go to the page itself and attempt to add content, the content simply doesn't show up. Furthermore, the page looks blank and all content added through the back end editor is not visible.

    Hi skymack,

Can you please make a video of this behavior so I can see it and try to replicate your problem?

Also please share your Wordpress credentials because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Thanks!

    Hi skymack,

I've tried both ways of adding content using WPBakery Page Builder and recorded a video doing it, it worked in both front-end and back-end editor:

Is this the same case for you or I am missing something here?!

    Hi Arlind,

No, for whatever reason, that does not happen on my end. I can add stuff using the backend editor but not the front end.
When I go to add new content via the front end editor, I don't see the plus signs and the options to add or edit content.

    Best,
    Skylark

    Hi Skylark,

The reason behind this is because the homepage uses "Portfolio Page" template and thus it doesn't use the_content()function. You can show your portfolio items without Portfolio Page template on homepage by simply using Portfolio shortcode via WPbakery Page Builder and in that case you can modify the contents of your page with Front-end Editor. I have created an example page for you to see that there are the same page contents:

I hope this works for you.
