Your theme is nice and beautiful but I'm facing some issues. Here if you check the 404 Error Page You can see 2000px of height of an unknown div and this makes the site scroll even more.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins first (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
