I was hoping upon importing the demo theme that my basic website would look like yours (shop) and it doesn't.
Please look at my website and let me know if it's something isn't right or that's how it should look..basically bare. I'm very familiar with WP with over 30 websites. Maybe I missed something?
Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see what has been imported and what not and how can we proceed further. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

I knew that was going to happen! I reset WP and tried a different template and realized certain features are included with each template.
I got it...just took a little extra time.
