The thumbnail images on my portfolio items are not showing up.
The portfolio item 'thresholds' under Audio-visual category should have a thumbnail image but doesn't. I have set the thumbnail in featured images on the portfolio item.
I have checked a lot of other post but none of them seem to be directly about this problem.

That happens because you are using plugins which are not tested or supported by the theme, before using a plugin make sure that it has been tested at least or it is compatible with the theme. In your WordPress admin backend go to Plugins and disable the a3 Lazy Load plugin, you will notice that it will be fixed, you don't need to install a lazy load plugin when the theme does have the lazy loading included
Thank you so much for finding this. I didn't personally choose to install the a3 Lazy load plugin it must have been automatically installed by my hosting provider when I installed wordpress.
Good to know that I should look out for any extra plugins that came with that install that may interfere with Kalium.
