Sorry to hear you had this kind of issue. Its weird why that happens, most of the users (lets say 99%) do not fail to install the theme otherwise you would find similar problem related here in our support forum.
If you have followed the instructions to install the theme like we documented here:
It works all the time. However if you fail to install the theme even after you followed these instructions I'd request your FTP credentials to test the problem and provide you the solution. To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

we are trying to install Kalium in our wordpress but this message appears:
"Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand"
I attached a screenshot to show you our problem.
We tried to install others theme and we have no problem.
Our hosting is with cdmon.com.
