I cannot seem to activate my product in the product registration section of Wordpress. This is because the theme is trying to authenticate my purchase with another Envato account I have.
I have logged out of my other Envato account and logged in with my AmyHaddow username (the correct account) but when I click activate product, the same problem still occurs. I have attached a screen print showing the wrong account - AmyHaddow2.
Can you please open an incognito window (no cookies/sessions stored) and then login to your WordPress and try to activate the theme. This way you will be able to activate the theme.
Another way is to go to https://build.envato.com/ and click Sign Out, then retry to login to your Envato account in activation window.
