    I want to add Adsense ads on my homepage that displays my blog posts in addition to each individual blog. How should I go about doing this? Where should I paste the Adsense code?

    Also, I do not see a place to edit the homepage itself, as it does not appear to be an editable "page" like the others.

    Last question - on my blog post previews, next to the date is the letter "r" and next to the category is the letter "O"... What is this and how do I remove it? Thanks!

    Hi Preeya,

    1. How and where do you want to add the Google Adsense ads to your site?

    2. Your homepage is a blog page as it is set like this in your WordPress settings:

    (view large version)

    You can either create a new page and name it Homepage, then like in the screenshot above as you can see there is a place where you can select a specific homepage, this way you will be able to edit your homepage.

    3. The problem Access-Control-Allow-Origin  is coming from the CDN and due the HTTPS of your site, here you can read and get to know more about this issue. This is a server problem which does not allow access to specific parts of the site.

    To fix this problemm add the following rules to your .htaccess file:

    <ifmodule mod_headers.c="">
      <filesmatch "\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff|woff2|font.css|css|js)$"="">
        Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
      </filesmatch>
    </ifmodule>

    Best regards,

    Hi Art,

    I want to add Adsense ads to my homepage that displays the blog posts as well as to the individual blog posts themselves. I was able to add the .htaccess file and create a page for the homepage, thank you. When I go to paste the javascript from the Adsense code into my homepage's page it just resets after I click update, as if I never pasted anything. Please let me know how to fix this, thanks!

    I also wanted to add that the categories and tags are sometimes showing up a "r" and "o" etc. I noticed this on Chrome, but it shows the normal icons on Safari... Please let me know how to address this. I attached an image so you can see. Thank you!

    Hi again,

    1. Your WordPress login credentials are not working anymore, can you please re-check them.

    3. I have marked as question number 3 your question regarding to the r and o characters, and the .htaccess file should've fixed this problem but I am not sure if you have put the .htaccess file in the right folder and if it's correctly set up.

    Can you please share your FTP credentials here.
    To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Best regards,
